D\u00fcnen oder Wald den&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotnetz.de\/wind\">Wind<\/a>&nbsp;abdecken und in Lee von diesen Erh\u00f6hungen ein Windloch herrscht, also deutlich weniger&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotnetz.de\/wind\">Wind<\/a>&nbsp;als in der Umgebung. Aber auch Bebauungen wie H\u00e4user oder ganze Ortschaften oder hohe Kaimauern o.\u00e4. k\u00f6nnen in ihrem Windschatten eine Windabdeckung verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ufig kommt es bei Windabdeckung auch zu Verwirbelungen, die dann als wechselnde&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotnetz.de\/windrichtung\">Windrichtung<\/a>&nbsp;und\/oder b\u00f6igen&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotnetz.de\/wind\">Wind<\/a>&nbsp;auftreten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nahezu jeder\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotnetz.de\/Surfspot\">Surfspot<\/a>\u00a0liegt bei einzelnen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotnetz.de\/windrichtungen\">Windrichtungen<\/a>\u00a0in der Windabdeckung und ist dann entsprechend ungeeignet zum\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotnetz.de\/Surfen\">Surfen<\/a>. Ausnahme sind Spots, deren Hinterland so flach ist, dass die Windabdeckung \u00fcber dem Wasser kaum wirkt, jedoch dadurch perfekte Flachwasser-Bedingungen herrschen.
